He has worked for the plaintiff and the defense in state and federal courts on trials involving wrongful death, wrongful termination, race discrimination, intellectual property including drug patents, false and misleading advertising and product liability cases.

His client list includes major law firms such as Alston & Bird; Sidley Austin; and Jones Day. He has trained firms in TrialDirector®, Sanction and LiveNote and holds an associate’s and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California.

Brian Lilly, President of Litigation Support Partners, has been providing services to the legal field since 1994.

In his capacity as President, Lilly provides extensive trial management and coordination services to the legal profession including coordination of case management for significant trials.
