Best Authority
Levit & James Inc.'s Best Authority software can now be used to create a Table of Points and Authorities within a litigation brief. State courts of appeals in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky and Oklahoma require attorneys to provide the listings of citations inside the Table of Contents and not in a separate Table of Authorities. In Illinois, the combined listing is called a table of Points and Authorities.
Call for Trial Director, PowerPoint, LiveNote and Sanction work as well as document scanning and video synchronization.

The Best Authority software can generate a traditional Table of Authorities, or can merge the citation listing into the document's Table of Contents.

Levit & James has also debuted a series of e-learning modules for the software, which are available in a standalone version or be uploaded into an existing Learning Management System. Levit & James Inc. (www.levitjames.com) is headquartered in Virginia.
