recommendation for both your personally as well as your company. Quite
honestly, I apologize for not writing such a letter before I was asked to
do so.
Your knowledge of trial-related software and your ability to apply that
software to the mass of documents and depositions taken in the case was
invaluable to me. The case was discovery intense with dozens of
depositions and hundreds of thousands of pages of documents all of which
you coordinated with little to no effort. This coordination resulted in
our ability to make outstanding presentations during both the trial and
during settlement conferences prior to trial.
The trial, which was extremely document intensive, went as smoothly as any
trial I have ever tried. That was primarily due to your mastery and
